What if I have a pre-existing medical condition?
As our instructors are not medically qualified, it remains your responsibility to undertake an assessment prior to booking with us. We recommend not riding with us if you have a heart, back or lung condition due to the physical nature of the ride, but feel free to contact us if you have any specific questions!
What if I need additional support?
If you require additional support during your visit, please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements. We will try to cater to your needs to the best of our ability. On The Day
What should I wear?
You should wear comfortable clothing and close-toed shoes, ensuring your stomach area is covered. No rings are permitted, but we will cover these in medical tape if you are unable to remove them. Large hoop earrings will need to be removed, and hair should also be tied up into a low-ponytail. No wet swimwear, bikinis or short skirts are permitted either.
What if I’m late?
We ask that you arrive up to 10 minutes before your booking time. However, if you are late – we will simply assign you to the next available booking slot.
Where can I store my belongings?
No loose items are permitted on the Brighton Zip – so we provide locked cabinets to store your possessions. Larger bags should be left with speculating family and friends, and we recommend leaving valuable items at home. The Brighton Zip cannot accept liability for any items lost or damaged whilst in our care or kept on your person during the ride.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your online ticket either on a mobile smartphone or printed at home. If you are redeeming a gift voucher, this will also need to be presented at the ticket window. You will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival, and once this is completed, you’re ready to go!
